Every time you go to a football match you have decisions to make. How to get there, what to drink, whether or not to wear your "Mrs Grealish 69" shirt. In 2020, Premier League footballers decided to take a stand against racism and kneel for a moment of silence before matches.

This is the story of Kerry Matthews deciding what to do during that silence.
